This packaging hamper is a lidded double steamed willow box in three sizes, with black faux leather buckles, sold unlined or with a Red, Blue, Black or White cotton lining. The 14 inch measures 36 x 26 x 15 cm at 600 g, the 15 inch 40 x 26 x 14 cm at 650 g and the 18 inch 46 x 30 x 19 cm at 900 g.

Worth knowing: the 14 inch is woven in full willow, while the 15 and 18 inch are split willow, a finer weave at a lighter weight. All three carry the same black fittings. They are built for gifting and retail, and the lining is the usual way to match a brand.

What is the difference between full and split willow?

Split willow rods are cut lengthways before weaving, which gives a finer, flatter weave. Full willow uses the whole rod. The 14 inch here is full willow and the two larger sizes are split, so the 18 inch is lighter for its size than you might expect.

Which size for a food hamper?

The 18 inch at 46 x 30 x 19 cm is the usual choice for a mixed food hamper with bottles. The 14 and 15 inch, at 14 to 15 cm deep, suit chocolates, cheeses and smaller luxury goods.

Does the lining come out?

Yes. The Red, Blue, Black and White linings are removable cotton or a cotton and polyester mix, and add 50 to 100 g.
