This light steamed hamper is a 14 inch lidded willow basket, 36 x 26 x 15 cm, with tan faux leather hinges and buckles. It weighs 700 g unlined or 750 g lined, and takes a removable cotton lining in Black, Navy Blue, Red or White. It works as gift packaging and as shelf storage.

The buckles are the part people underestimate. A lid that only rests on the rim lifts every time the basket is carried; these strap down through tan faux leather hinges, so a made-up hamper travels without opening. At 36 x 26 x 15 cm this is the 14 inch size, the same shell as our white wash and double steamed 14 inch baskets.

Which sizes can I actually order?

The 14 inch at 36 x 26 x 15 cm is the size we hold. The 16 and 20 inch are listed but not currently in stock, so email us before ordering one of those and we will tell you where they are.

What fits in a 14 inch?

A bottle lying down with room beside it, or a run of boxed items standing up. For bottles upright you want a deeper basket: our 18 inch packaging hamper is 46 x 30 x 19 cm.

Does the lining come out?

Yes, all four colours lift out for the machine. Removing it drops the basket from 750 g to 700 g, which matters if you are posting in quantity.

How does it compare with your other 14 inch baskets?

Same 36 x 26 x 15 cm shell. This one is light steamed with tan fittings; we also make it in white wash with white fittings and in double steamed with black.
