An oval chiller hamper for four, hand-woven in full light steamed willow and trimmed with tan real leather, with handles worked into the sides rather than added on. It arrives packed with four acrylic glasses and a wine opener, and a picnic blanket that straps to the outside instead of travelling in the basket.

The glasses are acrylic, which is the sensible choice for something carried into a field and set down on grass. One size is made, set for four, so it covers picnics, barbecues and afternoons out where the drinks matter more than a full table setting.

• Full light steamed finish willow with tan real leather trim
• Integral handles worked into the sides
• 37 x 28 x 36 cm, 45 cm with the blanket attached
• 2.5 kg empty
• Four acrylic glasses, a wine opener and a 120 x 135 cm blanket included
• Used for picnics, barbecues and afternoons out for four

Please be aware, colours may vary slightly as our products are made from natural materials.

The process of basket weaving with willow is naturally sustainable due to the relatively quick growth of the plant fibres. The artisans use traditional weaving methods and techniques to create highly decorative, but durable, pieces.

FAQs

What does Ravenstor mean on a hamper?

Ravenstor is our name for this trim: tan real leather over light steamed willow. Six other hampers in the range carry it.

Is a height with the handle up published?

The basket is 36 cm to the lid and 45 cm with the blanket strapped on. We will measure the handle for you if you need that figure.

Green tweed or Ravenstor?

Identical on dimensions, weight and contents. The fabric and trim detail are what separate them, so it comes down to which you prefer to look at.

Is the picnic blanket washable?

The blanket is 120 x 135 cm. Email us before you order and we will confirm the care instructions.
