This green tweed chiller hamper is woven from full light steamed willow and trimmed with tan real leather. It is 37 x 28 x 36 cm, or 45 cm with the picnic blanket strapped on, and weighs 2.5 kg, arriving with four acrylic glasses, a wine opener and a 120 x 135 cm blanket for picnics and race days.

The blanket straps to the outside of the hamper and adds 9 cm to the height once it is fitted. Four acrylic glasses and a wine opener are packed inside, and no plates or cutlery come with it. Our supplier records the willow, the leather trim and the contents but specifies no cooler compartment, so we have not described one.

Where does the blanket go?

It straps to the outside of the hamper, which is why two heights are published: 36 cm for the basket and 45 cm with the blanket on.

What are the straps made of?

Tan real leather, which is what our supplier records for this hamper. The grey version of the same shell uses a faux leather instead.

Does it actually chill anything?

Our supplier specification lists the willow, the leather and the contents and no cooler. We will confirm with them what fabric sits inside before you order rather than promise a temperature.
