How much does it actually hold?

Not much, and that is the point. At 13 x 11 cm it takes a miniature bottle, a small tub, or a scoop or two of ice. If you need to chill a full bottle, our 2 bottle cooler basket is the one.

Will the willow get wet?

Not from the inside. The chilled compartment zips shut and holds the meltwater, so the basket around it stays dry. Empty it out afterwards rather than leaving it to stand.

What do people use it for?

Table service mostly: a chilled miniature at each place setting, butter or condiments kept cold, or ice brought to the table in something better looking than a bowl.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the compartment out and leave it unzipped to dry. Brush the willow rather than washing it.
