The fork loosens and lifts; the trowel digs and moves soil. If you are buying one, most people reach for the trowel more often. If you are buying for someone who actually gardens, buy the pair.

How big is it in the hand?

30 cm overall and 200 g, so it is a one-handed tool rather than a border fork. The head is 8 cm across at the tines.

Will the handle last outdoors?

It is pinewood, so bring it in rather than leaving it out in the rain. The hanging hoop is there for exactly that: hang it in a shed or a porch and the wood stays sound.

Does it come gift boxed?
