Sold as a pair, one small basket and one larger, both in full willow under a white wash finish with a handle fixed over the top of each. The rims are shallow and uneven by design, dipping through the middle and lifting at the two ends.

These are hand sized, so a layer of eggs, a few flowers or a handful of small toys is the realistic load. The pale finish is why they get picked for weddings, for a page girl or flower girl to carry, and they do the same job at Easter.

FAQs

Can I buy just one?

No, this one is sold as a pair. You get one small and one large in the set.

How small is small?

14 x 12 cm and no more than 6.5 cm deep, so it will take a few eggs, a posy or a handful of small toys. It is a child's basket rather than a scaled-down adult one.

Are they suitable for a wedding?

They are a common choice for page girls and flower girls, and the white wash suits that better than our buff version. Both sizes are light enough for a small child to carry loaded.

How do they compare with the buff set?

Same baskets, same sizes, different finish. Buff is the natural golden brown; white wash is a pale finish over the willow.
