Frequently Asked Questions

What sizes are available?

The Small basket measures 42 cm in diameter and 38 cm high, while the Large measures 50 cm in diameter and 46 cm high.

What is the base diameter of the Small basket?

The Small basket has a base diameter of approximately 30 cm, making it narrower at the bottom than at the opening.

Are the baskets lined?

Yes. Both sizes include a hessian lining to help contain loose bark, wood chips and dust from stored firewood.

Which size should I choose for my fireplace?

The Small is a practical choice for compact hearths and smaller spaces. The Large offers more room for logs where additional storage is needed.

Can these baskets be used for other purposes?

Yes. They can also be used for general household storage. If using one to hold a plant pot, keep the pot in a waterproof container with a saucer to protect the natural willow and hessian from moisture.

Please note: As these baskets are handmade from natural willow, slight variations in colour, weave and dimensions may occur. Please allow approximately ±5% dimensional tolerance.
