Frequently Asked Questions

How should I choose between one basket and the pair?

Consider where you usually change clothes and how you sort washing. One basket provides a central collection point; the pair lets you separate different loads or keep a basket in two rooms.

Which lining would suit my room?

White gives a simple, fresh appearance and is made from cotton. Garden Rose adds a floral touch, while Grey Sage offers a quieter alternative; both use a cotton/polyester blend. All three linings are removable.

What should I check before placing it beneath a shelf?

Allow space above the basket to open the lid comfortably. Check the surrounding floor space too, so the basket can be moved without catching neighbouring furniture.

Natural willow varies in colour, weave and dimensions. Please allow approximately ±5% dimensional tolerance.
