This oak effect display trough is a slatted wooden storage crate with a hand hold cut into each end, sold as a small, a large or a set of three. The small measures 28 x 19 x 16 cm at 300 g and the large 45 x 32 x 18 cm at 700 g. The set pairs one large with two smalls. They hold blankets, craft materials and kitchen odds and ends.

Our Oak Effect Wooden Packing Crate runs 9 to 10 cm deep; these sit at 16 to 18 cm, so a folded blanket stays below the rim. The small is also sold lined, which our supplier lists separately at 28 x 19 x 17 cm and 500 g.

What comes in the set of three?

Is the large deep enough for a folded throw?

It is 18 cm deep with a 45 x 32 cm floor. A folded fleece throw sits well under the rim; a heavy wool blanket will sit level with it. Send us the folded measurements and we will tell you.

What is the lined small lined with?

Our supplier does not name the lining material for that variant. Email us and we will check a sample before you order.

Will the small sit on top of the large?

The small has a 28 x 19 cm base and the large a 45 x 32 cm rim, so it sits inside the opening rather than balancing on top. We have not tested a loaded stack.
