This open round 3 toilet roll holder is a 17 cm diameter wicker column standing 38.5 cm tall at 400 g, woven from full antique wash finish willow with an open front. Three spare rolls stack inside and stay visible, which suits a family bathroom where someone needs to see when to restock.

Is there a lid or not?

We cannot confirm it. Our supplier lists no lid for this holder, so we would treat it as open topped. Email us and we will open a box before you order.

Open or closed, which should I pick?

Open if you want to see the stack going down without lifting anything. Closed if you would rather the rolls were out of sight and off the dust.

Why is this one 1 cm narrower?

Different supplier code and a different build. It is 17 cm across against 18 cm for the closed holders, and 1.5 cm shorter, which makes it the one for a tight gap beside a pedestal.

Does dust get in through the opening?

More than it would through a closed lid, yes. A roll on the top of the stack is the one that collects it, which in practice is the one used first.
