Deep, round and woven in full antique wash willow, with rope handles through opposite sides and a hessian liner dropped inside. Each of the three sizes sells on its own, or all three come as a set.

From the smallest up, each size widens a good deal more than it gains in height, so the biggest is the broad, open one for logs at a fire or blankets in a living room, and the smallest the better fit beside a chair or in a corner of a playroom. The liner comes out to be shaken down.

How is the hessian held in?

The hessian sits inside the willow as a separate liner, turned back over the rim. It lifts out to be shaken down outdoors and drops straight back in.

How much difference is there between Size 2 and Size 3?

Ten centimetres of diameter, two of height and 600 g of basket. Size 2 is 50 x 40 cm at 2.1 kg, Size 3 is 60 x 42 cm at 2.7 kg.

Is the set of 3 just the three singles together?

Yes. The set is Size 1, Size 2 and Size 3 in one order, 6.2 kg for the three, and it is priced below the sum of the three bought separately.

Square or round for the same job?

Our Antique Wash Wicker Square Basket in 3 Sizes runs 30, 40 and 50 cm square at heights of 35, 45 and 50 cm. This one is wider across at 40 to 60 cm and lower at 38 to 42 cm, and it has no corners to sit flat against a wall.
