Light steamed willow, tan real leather and a rope handle at either end: a picnic set for six. Inside are porcelain plates and china cups for six, six wine glasses, stainless steel cutlery, a wine opener, salt and pepper shakers, a bottle duffle, a flask, a cooler bag and a PVC backed blanket.

Cups and glasses each sit in a small basket of their own inside, which keeps them off the plates on a rough track. Packed, it is heavy enough that two people should take an end each: open air concerts, barbecues and days out.

Take this one for the warmer light steamed colour and tan real leather. Take the Rope Handled 6 Person Hamper for a paler buff body with dark leather. Size, weight and contents are the same either way.

Is the blanket the same one you sell on its own?

The blanket here has a waterproof PVC backing, the same construction as our Lavender Tartan Picnic Rug. Email us and we will confirm whether it is the identical item before you order.

What makes up the 10 kg?

The basket plus the full fit out: crockery, glassware, cutlery, flask, cooler bag, duffle and blanket. Ask us and we will weigh an empty basket for you.

Will it go in a car boot?

It needs a clear 62 x 40 cm of floor and 29 cm of height. Most estate and hatchback boots take it flat with the parcel shelf out.
