Is the box silver or light grey?

Our supplier lists it as a silver star cut-out wooden box. The two readings are close but not identical, so email us and we will describe the one in stock before you order.

How does the lid sit on the box?

It is a detached lid, so it lifts away entirely rather than folding back on hinges. There is no clasp.

Is the star the same on both ends?

Our supplier records star cut-outs on either side of the box. We have not published whether the two are handed, so email us if that matters.

What would fill it as a gift?

At 30 x 20 x 16 cm it takes a couple of bottles laid flat, a stack of chocolate boxes, or bath and candle sets with tissue around them. The lid goes back on for wrapping.
