Woven from full antique wash willow, this square log and storage basket has a fitted hessian lining and handles set into the rim. Its broad, open interior provides practical space for logs and household textiles.

Position it beside a fireplace for firewood, or use it in a living room for blankets and dry accessories. The lining helps contain loose bark and debris rather than allowing it to collect in the weave.

Natural materials vary in colour and weave. Please allow approximately ±5% variation in dimensions.

Is this suitable for storing logs?

Yes. Its woven body and hessian lining help keep firewood organised and reduce loose bark collecting in the weave. Always keep the basket away from open flames and hot stove surfaces.

What does the hessian lining do?

It creates a barrier between the contents and the willow, helping to contain smaller fragments of bark and other debris. It also makes the basket suitable for dry household textiles.

Can I use it for laundry?

Dry laundry, towels and folded blankets can be stored inside. Avoid storing damp items for long periods because natural willow and hessian should be kept dry.
