Dipped Rim Wicker Log Basket with Hessian Lining

Woven from full willow with an antique wash finish, this oval basket combines a dipped rim with a single rope carrying handle. Hessian lines the interior, adding another natural texture to its softly weathered appearance.

Use it to keep logs gathered neatly in your living space or to organise a collection of craft materials. The lower section of the rim creates an inviting, open profile, making the basket an attractive part of a room even when its contents change with the seasons.

FAQs

What is the benefit of the dipped rim?

The lower section gives easier access to the contents than an equally tall rim all the way around. It also leaves more of a carefully arranged stack of logs on view.

What does the hessian lining add?

It creates a fabric layer between the contents and the woven willow, helping contain loose pieces that could otherwise pass through the weave.

How could I use it when I am not storing logs?

Try keeping a knitting project, yarn or other craft supplies together. Smaller notions are best grouped in their own pouch so they remain easy to find.
