Oval rather than rectangular, this fitted picnic basket for four is woven in full light steamed willow with tan faux leather buckles. Two lids swing shut to the centre on metal fittings, and green tweed fabric lines the inside.

Four covers come with it: porcelain plates, wine glasses, stainless steel knives, forks and spoons, a wine opener, shakers and a cooler bag. The cooler lifts out rather than being sewn in, so the basket can travel with the fittings left at home, as a plain oval basket. Picnics, beach days, garden parties and outdoor birthday lunches.

No. The cooler bag lifts out rather than being a sewn in compartment.

What does the 4.2 kg figure include?

It is the weight of the hamper as supplied, with the crockery, glassware, cutlery and cooler bag in place. Email us and we will weigh an empty one before you order.

Is the cutlery stainless steel?

Yes. The four sets of knives, forks and spoons are stainless steel.

Will a wine bottle stand upright in it?

The body is 30 cm deep and a 75 cl bottle is close to that, so it is tight once the lids are closed. Email us and we will check a hamper for you.
