Chestnut Wicker Log Basket with Hessian Lining

Full willow in a chestnut wash finish gives this round log basket its rich, earthy appearance. Hessian lines the interior, while two ear handles rise above the rim. The body tapers towards a narrower circular base.

Keep your firewood gathered beside the hearth and bring a welcoming layer of texture to the room. Its warm brown tones sit beautifully against stone fireplaces, timber floors and soft woollen throws, making a practical fireside essential feel part of the décor.

Key Features

Full willow basket: Natural woven texture.
Chestnut wash finish: Warm brown colouring.
Hessian lining: A fabric layer inside the basket.

What does the hessian lining add when storing logs?

It provides a layer between the logs and the woven sides, helping contain loose bark and small debris. It does not turn the basket into a sealed container.

How does chestnut wash compare with antique wash?

Chestnut wash has a warmer brown appearance, while antique wash has greyer tones. Choose chestnut to complement warm timber and earthy colours, or antique wash for a cooler palette.
