This chiller bag has a hinged lid with the handle sewn into it, two zips, and a PVC lining inside cotton and polyester woven as grey tweed. The shape is squared off, so it keeps its form when loaded.

That boxy form means contents travel the way they were packed instead of tipping over, and the bag drops into the base of a wicker hamper or a rucksack. It insulates rather than chills, so cool everything beforehand. Wipe the lining out with a damp cloth and let it dry open.

How is it different from the cream cooler bag?

Only the cloth. Both are 26 x 17 x 16 cm and 200 g with the same two zips and lid handle. This one is grey tweed; the other is cream.

How long will it keep things cold?

A few hours rather than a day. It insulates rather than chills, so cool everything beforehand and put a freezer block in the base if you are out for a while.

Will it fit inside a hamper?

At 26 x 17 x 16 cm it drops into most of our larger hampers alongside the plates. Check the internal dimensions of yours if it is one of the smaller sizes.

How do I clean it?

Wipe the lining out with a damp cloth and leave it open to dry fully. It is not one for the washing machine.
