What is the advantage of a full willow storage basket?

Full willow is woven using complete rods rather than thin wooden panels or other substitute materials. This creates a traditional textured appearance that works well in both decorative and practical storage. The white wash finish lightens the appearance while retaining the character of the natural weave.

Can the fabric lining be removed for cleaning?

Yes. The fabric linings are removable, allowing them to be cleaned separately from the willow basket. Follow the applicable fabric care guidance and allow the lining to dry completely before returning it to the woven container.

Are these baskets suitable for bathroom storage?

They can be used to organise dry towels, toiletries, folded cloths and other bathroom accessories. Avoid placing the baskets in areas regularly exposed to splashing or standing water, as prolonged moisture may affect natural willow.

What is the difference between this basket and a chipwood storage basket?

This range uses woven willow throughout, creating rounded textures and a traditional wicker appearance. Chipwood baskets are made using thin wooden strips or panels, which can produce flatter surfaces and more defined edges. The choice depends on the desired appearance and the items being stored.

How do I clean a wicker storage basket?

Remove loose dust with a soft brush or vacuum attachment on a gentle setting. Minor marks can be wiped using a lightly dampened cloth, followed by thorough drying. Take particular care around the base and woven corners, where dust may collect.
