How should I choose where to place the basket?

Start with the place where laundry usually accumulates, then check that the lid can open comfortably. Leave room to reach the side handles without moving nearby furniture.

Would the pair help with sorting washing?

You could use one for clothes and the other for household linen, or separate loads according to your usual washing routine. Giving each basket a clear purpose makes sorting easier to maintain.

Which lining would work best with my décor?

White cotton creates a simple, fresh look. Garden Rose brings a floral detail, while Grey Sage offers a quieter finish; both are cotton/polyester blends. Each lining is removable.
